Everything shipped is packaged carefully to arrive in top condition. If damages occur during shipping, please message us immediately with photos of the damage.

When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise posted. Each piece is hand crafted after it has been ordered & takes time to make. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

When will my order be delivered?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery may take 2-5 business days to arrive. We ship through USPS First Class Mail. Priority mail upgrades are available to purchase. 

My shipping address is wrong! Can it be changed?

We can update your shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet! Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. If your order has already been dispatched, you can reroute it through USPS's website. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

Tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it

This happens quite often! Please allow 3 extra business days for your package to arrive. Sometimes the mail carriers incorrectly scan packages but are still on the way. Next would be to check with housemates, neighbors, or mailrooms. No luck? Contact your local post office & provide the tracking number. They can provide you with more information on our package as they were the last to have seen it.
